Trademark traveller with not improving their punctuality even after 15 years. I know their worst ever punctuality of time keeping for 15 years. After 15 years, I have just thought to travel by changing my mindset recently due to emergency, but they are very rigid, they have not changed their mindset of timekeeping and punctuality. Good luck kpn travellers. It's up to to you now to travel in this worst punctuality. Last but not the least it is advisable to travel in ordinary town bus instead of choosing this kpn bus during emergency. For 1 hour travel place, if you have 5 hours time, and would like to travel, then you must choose this travels.

Punctuality is really bad. Maintenance of buses is good, but not great. However, safety aspects are met. (most of the Volvo and Scania drivers are safe, not sure about non ac buses though)

Very worst travel in my life. Cheating me told multi axis but no multi axis bus. And the dropping time 2 hrs late. Last point also not dropped. Better close the company.

The office people are ok. The bus schedules are the worst. Always more than 1 hour delayed. Kpn used to be the best, but now they are the worst. They do not share bus details like bus number or driver number on time. They always do not have bus tracking, this is cuz they don't want customers to know they are running late. Best to avoid.

I would give one stars. Try to instruct people before reaching place. Sometimes elder's struggle to know which place is this if you instruct them they would easily figure out. One of the worst experience is when my mom got boarded instead of dropping at hosur he dropped her at bangalore. So please avoid it
