Unprofessional courier services like Professional courier, Franch express courier services are tampering the parcel unnecessarily. It is annoying to receive the food and grocery packs in tampered state. Food, snacks and grocery companies that are offering online shopping service should avoid shipping their products through these sort of unprofessional courier services. Today I received healthmix flours shipped by Manna foods via Professional Couriers and all the packets are tampered and variety of flours are mixed together. The highlight is it took 3 days to deliver the parcel by hosur branch and that too after I called them yesterday to enquire about my parcel. They asked my mobile number and address to deliver. Looks they have lost the address pasted in the parcel during their tampering activity.
