Fantastic shopping experience. We worked with Ryan who was extremely patient with us in answering all of our questions throughout the entire process from initially walking through the door, to installation questions and after taking delivery. Delivery of our Limelight Flash was quick and painless and everybody worked as a team. Each and every one of them made sure I was happy with every aspect of the delivery and set-up. After the sale service has been outstanding as well.

I purchased a house with a Hot Springs spa last year. This year I had trouble getting it going. I called for service and they had all the service records for my spa. They came out quick to fix the spa. A few days later the spa was no longer working. I have been trying to get ahold of them for months and Adam from sales is the only one who would return my call. I have called weekly for days in a row with no response. I just want my spa to work.

My experience with hot springs was first class. I contacted hot springs and spoke with Adam. Who was helpful and competent. I had a 15 year old spa that needed to be removed. Family leisure told me it could not be done. Adam came out and within minutes had a plan that was executed to a T on the removal/install date. Crew showed up on time and ready to work. I highly recommend hot springs spa. They have a “can do” attitude and will take care you!

After owning for nearly 20 years a Tiger River Spa hot tub, an old part of the Hot Springs Spa family, it was time to do something. My wife and I debated for nearly 4 months whether or not to replace and through it all Adam was very patient. If we were going to replace, there was no doubt we would go back with a Hot Springs Spa since our experience with this dealership had always been positive - chemicals, repairs, and advice. Adam listened, made suggestions, and when all was said and done, we purchased a new spa. Removal of the old tub and install of the new tub went flawlessly. The ACE system is new to us, but we were given a full explanation and the reassurance that we could ask questions anytime. We couldn't be happier! Thank you to Adam, the removal crew, the install crew, and Rex the electrician for such a wonderful experience - which continues each time my wife and I use it.
