I absolutely hate taking a animal to the city pound, shelter, or anything like that. But I do have to admit that these guys know their stuff. They were very friendly with the pup that I had to drop off. I didn't want to take him there and if I can adopt him back, I'm trying to figure out how to budget him in. I really hope they give him a chance to be adopted cause he has to be the sweetest pup I ever met. At the shelter they seem to know what they are doing. Thanks guys.

On Nov. 1, 2004 I adopted a friendly but anemic puppy who was about to be put down because he was in there too long. This dog recovered well and was trained to be an awesome PTSD service dog and best companion for me. I brought him back for a 10 year anniversary celebration and that was in the local news. I had to put him down at age 15 which is a few years longer than his expected life span. They have some awesome animals to adopt. Check here to save an innocent life before going to a breeder. Never buy a puppy mill dog.

It should be first come first serve not draw names. I was there to adopt a dog and a girl broke in front of the line and wanted the same dog. They made us draw names and she won. I was there three days before and was told the dog wasn't ready to be adopted so come back Monday. I did I was first to be there. So why did I have to draw names

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have received both our pets from here in the past.

Thank you Ron we haven't met but I live in the same neighborhood have complained many times about the cat lady. They do nothing. Now she is coming on to the Senior Community property and leaving food. Animal control in this city is a waste of my tax dollars. Okay, my husband just called and talked to Michelle and they are putting out traps so thank you I stand corrected.
