started from sashimi & carpaccio to rolls to enjoy the natural flavours of seafood. I'd say here is one of the JP restaurants in London which serves the best quality melting fatty tuna, i am pretty sure the wagyu will be the same. this place doesn't have a wide range of fish, but must must go for it if you are fatty tuna lover. not just tuna, other menus were fresh and brilliant too, need to try other menus next time. try soft shell crab roll with wasabi, it's super nice. (as they make fresh wasabi, it doesn't give you a punch on your nose even though you put a lot, and it relieves the typical tempura greasiness) oh, 9 chapel rolls were spicy enough, wish there's less sauce and thicker slice of salmon on top. Overall outstanding JP cuisine. review by J.C (reservation at 1pm 11/09/20)

We tried Hot Stone as it was recommended by Timeout London and it did not disappoint. The staff were so friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was amazing. Best Japanese food I’ve had! I would highly recommend Hot Stone Steak and Sushi Bar! I dined here with my husband on Saturday 22nd August 2020. All customers were socially distancing and all staff were wearing masks. I felt very safe eating here.
Kobe beef in London doesn't come cheap but you understand why when you sample it here. If cooking your own ona hot stone is a bit daunting, there's also really good sushi here too. And with nice decor and friendly service, it's well recommended.
This restaurant is a stunning place. The chef comes to the tables to greet people and he is very communicative with everyone around. All the staff is friendly and attentive. The place is very clean and organised. In regards to the food: impressing - fish quality is very fresh, the rice is spot on! Even the simple pieces were so tasty. Definitely to go back! 5* stars to the team and to the food :') THANK YOU!
Amazing experience. This hidden gem is one of my favourite places in London, lucky for me I live next door We dined at Hit Stone on Friday 30/10.
