Lovely hotel and employees. Unfortunately I took ill on my last night and they let me check out at 1pm rather than 11am. Really lovely rooms, clean, good location. Thanks! *I would add I've given this 5 stars but we were not told about the building site directly opposite our apartment. Very hard to have the doors open in the day when there's such a racket but we were always out exploring. I understand the hotel cannot do anything about the construction site but a warning might be good for those who want to sleep in or stay inside more during the day.

Very happy to stay in this great room. Very clean and modern. Bathroom was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Bed was very comfortable and loved that the screens could make the whole room dark. A small kitchen with refrigerator and some kitchen utilities, and a nice welcome package. For check in you needed to get the key room somewhere else, but it was not very hard to figure out. Location wise was only a couple of meters away from Sagrada Familia. Public transport was nearby as well. And because of the kitchen supermarkets were near the room, so you didn't need to get out for dinner all the time. Nearby are great restaurants as well, if you didn't want to go to the centre. All in all great stay would like to come back again
Lovely hotel. Nice fresh juice at breakfast. Very close to La Familia building. This hotel is only 25mins from the Barcelona airport. Parking in Barcelona is difficult but achievable. Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday. Which is when i usally aim for when visiting.
It is a wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect - the appartment, the location, the staff, the breakfast. They think about every detail, making your staying very enjoyable. If you are in Barcelona - this is the right place to stay! Ps. The reception works 24h.

I booked a room in this hotel for this summer. I was so very excited to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona. Unfortunately, because of the coronavirus and travel restrictions I cannot travel to Barcelona from the US. I asked for a refund and they refused, even though it is not my fault for not using the reservation. It’s so very unfair, beware before you use this hotel chain.
Great location and view, but kitchen is too small. I stayed in the studio and I thought I would a full size kitchen, but only got two stop tops, a microwave with grill and literally one tiny pot to cook from. Also, the bed was way to soft and made my sleep a little bit uncomfortable. I was really debating to give it 3 stars because of that, but then went for 4 because cleaning, communication and style of the apartment have been impeccable.
