Wonderful experience! The staff was incredible (especially Julian), our room was clean, and the hotel lobby and grounds were just gorgeous. The Level 5 rooftop dining experience--just wow! We can't wait to come back!!!

Such a beautiful hotel. The hotel staff is beyond hospitable, and they made us feel like family before we had even met. All of the facilities are very nice the gym has plenty of equipment. The pool is very large. The rooms are beyond phenomenal. They provide so much to make a very comforting experience. Definitely would recommend to everyone!!

STUNNING BOUTIQUE HOTEL We were so delighted with this new hotel. It is absolutely gorgeous. Everything about it is top notch. When you arrive, the front desk is very welcoming - valet, luggage service, etc. The lobby is a work of art. The rooms are beautifully decorated with patio overlooking the courtyard - glass railings, cool furniture & fixtures. We ate at Level 5 atop the hotel and the food was impeccable. We will be back!

AMAZING!!!!!! We are very seasoned travelers (often stay at a Four Seasons or Ritz) and this hotel did not disappoint! I honestly have nothing poor to say about the room, the service or the food! We have two french bulldogs and were give a corner room with two balconies. HEAVEN! The food we ordered was absolutely fabulous. Don't miss the fired artichokes or the sea bass. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU to management for a wonderful stay :)

I had the pleasure of staying here over the Christmas Holiday and this hotel did not disappoint. The design is minimalism with modern appeal and class. From the moment you enter the front door you'll be greeted by staff at the front desk who are the epitome of being professional. I ordered a meal from their restaurant and it was beyond amazing. My room was gorgeous with great lighting, and an a beautiful bathroom. The Sawmill is located across the street with additional selections to dine. This hotel is sheer perfection and I will be returning in the future. I do regret not taking any photos.

Our stay at the Hotel Chaco was nice and all but there were a couple things that made the experience not particularly amazing. I will say our stay was good and the hotel is rather gorgeous. I love the sink and open bathroom place as well as the stand up shower. My little complaint here? There's no door to allow privacy when actually going to the bathroom. It's just a sliding door that allows access into the bathroom itself (which doesn't lock by the way). The toilet section doesn't have a door that closes in case you got to use the bathroom while your partner might be getting ready. Yes that's minor but still a privacy issue among some. The second issue was the thermostat. Our first night we had gotten rather cold so we decided to turn on the heat. Surprise! We can't. The thermostat function to change the mode was locked. We had to call the front desk who then called maintenance to fix that issue. Friday night it happened again. This time we were getting a bit hot so we decided to turn the AC on. Surprise! We can't. The thermostat is locked yet again. We called the front desk who said she'd have to call security to fix it. Why must we call to change the thermostat? That's odd and I even added a picture to show what I mean. Third and while this wasn't technically the apartments fault - our neighbors in 324 were extremely loud and kept waking us up. Clearly they were drunk and yelling, banging on the wall, slamming doors, slamming cabinets, etc. Heck they even woke us up twice. Overall, I'd recommend this place because it's probably the nicest hotel in all of Albuquerque but I believe these little things are of importance as well.

Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, the architecture is beautiful, the rooms was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. All things you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. However. Two things frustrated me (both having to do with food, even if indirectly). The first was the cheesecake. Cheesecake is one of my favorite dishes, and I was looking forward to a really high quality cheesecake, but the one delivered to my room was not a creamy, smoothe dessert, but rather a tough shell surrounding a grainy, semi-sweet pulp. Maybe freezer-burned? Not tasty. The second thing was the absence of snacks. I expected snacks not out of entitlement, but because of the room description on their website. I was counting on them for a late-night stomach-filler, but when I went looking at 9pm they were nowhere to be found. I called the front desk, only to be informed that they had discontinued snacks a year prior. Just to check I wasn't going crazy I pulled up their website. Sure enough, "Complimentary bottled water and snacks replenished daily" (hopefully this is removed from their website by the time you read this). A guest shouldn't have to do this, but you might want to call and verify your expectations before booking your reservation.

Their staff is always dressed to impress with a smile! The atmosphere and design is amazing, and the rooms are spacious enough for my massage table!
