Not a good place to stay, located quite far from the town but on the main road. Parking is a big issue in this hotel. Rooms are spacious having balcony with absolutely no view, neat & clean, sunny during day time and windy throughout the day. Tarifs are ranging between 1200 - 1600 INR.

Don't even think of staying in this hotel even if they give rooms for 500 bucks. Hotel owner and staffs behave as if they did a favour on us. They don't even provide the basic amenities like towel, soap etc. Even hot water will come for 2-3 hours in the morning. Location is also bad. Everything is bad about this hotel. Even the nearby restaurants are bad... :D
The wors't hotel I have seen in my life. 1. They won't provide basic things like towels, soaps, comb etc 2. I checked in here on 13th Sept 2019 at room no 207. They don't even gave towels. After asking they said they will give on morning and when asked in morning they said they don't have towels. The laundry guy didn't came. 3. The phone doesn't work in the room. It is only for showcase. 4. The room service number always switched off. 5. The staffs doesn't know how to behave. 6. The pillow covers are not cleaned and they doesn't provide bedsheets. So guys think twice before staying in this hotel.
Worst experience everr....I could have given -5 stars, if there's an option. Smelly toilets, bedrooms and bedsheets. We took 3 rooms, none of them clean at all. The hotel manager does not know how to speak with the customers. Full of arrogant and attitude. Even if you dont get any stay in Ooty, kindly do not take a chance to stay at all in this hotel. My experience was horrible with this Hotel Comfort Inn Hill side residency. Hope you will find best hotel in Ooty.
A good hotel, it s maintained very well One of the most thing I wanted to share is hot water is available in the morning time. N they treat the customers in good way. Over all its good
