I nice place with an amazing view, the only suggestion for the visitors is to not use Google maps to go there because it send you to the longest and worst path. instead use waze

My girlfriend and I checked into the hotel on 07/28/17 for a weekend stay at 9PM. Given the hour we were told that if we intended to have dinner we must go the restaurant immediately. Leaving our belongings we left for dinner and upon returning a short time later we found everything we owned had been stolen. There were no signs of a break in so obviously it was an inside job. Informing the police and the hotel it was explained that the the hotel has no security system except for three cameras whose positions are useless to a hotel guest. Being left with no money no clothing the hotel didn't even offer a toothbrush and toothpaste or a cup of coffee until we good wire home for money. This is a warning to all American and European travelers to avoid the LA COLINA HOTEL SPA in Pereira Colombia. You run the risk of being ROBBED, KIDNAPPED, or even MURDERED. Please heed my advice and find another place to stay otherwise a relaxing vacation can become a terrible nightmare

We just had an amazing time in Colombia and we were looking for a place to stay and relax right before we left. Found this place online and purchase a romantic package for one night. There is no words to describe how great it was. To start, the customer service was very personable and attentive. We had a massage, then the steam room and the sauna, got ready for the night and selected a table of my choice with the best view and had an amazing dinner. The place was very peaceful, you could listed to the birds, enjoyed the amazing views of the mountains, we literally felt that we owned this place for a day. I 100% recommend this place to stay. They even pick you up for a very modest price and take you for some tours. Big shout out to the staff, until next time!!!!
