Came to Garage Bertrand with two flat tires. I found it really hard to communicate with the garage personnel as they only spoke French (no English or Dutch). Furthermore, the service was fairly innefficient. We waited for aproximately 6 hours at the garage, only to be told our car would be ready the next day at 5pm. We had to book a hotel. Nevertheless, the personnel installed our tires competently and we were charged a reasonable rate.

Met een VWT3 Camper uit 1986 gestrand op de snelweg. Afgesleepd door Bertrand en in zijn werkplaats de volgende dag, wegens aanlevering onderdeel, geholpen. Goede diagnose en de bus loopt weer mooi en betrouwbaar. Vakman!!
Un ESCROC, une ARNAQUE Ma voiture ne marche plus et beaucoup plus cher que n'importe quel garage Ne confiez pas vos voiture à cet homme... car en plus de son non professionnalisme il m'a très mal parlé à plusieurs reprises

Onze auto zou total loss zijn vanwege n groot electrisch probleem.. waarom start ik m dan en kan ik m zelf de trailer oprijden?? Jullie belazeren de boel!! En moesten je de ogen uit de kop schamen. Weg blijven bij deze garage als je auto je lief is!!!!
