first class service from start to finish, Stephen our funeral director was always available & nothing was too much trouble. Some small touches, like a packet of seeds in my wife's favourite colour to a single red rose left on the doorstep on the day of the funeral demonstrates a gentle caring touch, just what was needed on such a sad occasion. thank you all

Fred from Derek Moss Funeral Directors conducted my mams funeral on Wednesday 10th January 2018. I cannot praise him and all the staff to highly. They treated my mam with total respect, from taking her into their care, to preparing her for viewing, she looked so beautiful and just how my mam did her own make-up. On the day of the funeral the cars and staff were immaculate and Fred walked in front of the hearse from leaving my mams home to church with a dignified pause at her childhood home. Very dignified and respectful in his top hat and black cane and people actually stopped and bowed their heads at the sight. Fred and his team showed total respect to mam never failing to bow to her coffin each time. All I can is, completely superb from start to finish. Maybe not the cheapest but in my opinion the best.
