We have used the services of Hepple Property Care Ltd on 3 occasions. The reason for our choice is that they are quick to respond to enquiries, always returning your call. This is sadly quite unusual in or experience. The company have demonstrated that they are Covid aware which is particularly important at this time. Mr Hepple is very professional in that he has always been punctual and reliable when assessing building requirements. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable and willing to take time to consider options with regard to the presenting issues and individual priorities. The administrative staff are courteous, friendly, and they listen and deal with any issues in a timely way. The building workers have completed the tasks as agreed and the jobs have been good value for money and of a good standard. If we required any advise around building work in the future we would not hesitate to contact Hepple Property Care.

First class service from the girls in the office Trudy and Allison who are very professional and a credit to the Company. I had this Company out to check some Damp in a property I had just purchased. Jim is so very helpful and understood exactly what the problem was and how to rectify it and explained everything from start to finish. I had the guys out to do the work, again great guys who did a great job and cleared up after them. A would most definitely recommend this Company and would use again if need be. To also have a long term guarantee gives me peace of mind. Thanks again, great job.

Excellent service. The work was carried out with minimum disruption. Very helpful and friendly staff in particular Alison and Trudy, both were lovely to deal with nothing being too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and no doubt will use them again in the future.

The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff who arranged the survey were extremely helpful,professional and experienced in talking me through the process. The surveyor attended the property promptly and the report was very easy to follow,identifying all of the relevant areas. The surveyor also took the time to explain the next steps we could consider in the work which needed doing and was again very knowledgeable and professional. The whole process made me feel very much at ease during the stress of purchasing another property. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company and I will certainly be recommending to family and friends. Thanks again for the amazing service

Excellent service from everyone at Hepple Property Care Ltd. From site survey to work being done, social distancing and safe work practices were faultless. Workmen arrived on time and did a very good job, leaving the area clean and tidy when they were finished. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who has building or repair needs.
