Got my order wrong, though still very tasty, I ordered shanghai deep fried duck , which was described on they menu as dry, battered and sweet. I got a spicy duck (no batter) in sauce with veg. While still very nice, this was not what I ordered & I wasn't going to drive back and complain. The low rating is purely based on the wrong order (it was quoted correctly when picking up) & nothing to do with the quality of food, bit behind the order right is important

Food came after 40mins late to find chips cold,onions raw in chow mein, munch box had no ribs & chicken wings just full of rice & chips. Phoned up and was told we are sorry and we'll get your order right next time. Absolutely not good enough why do takeaways never just give a refund like any other business?
