Highly likely my wiring was moved and sensor wire I clipped during previous works which has caused sensor to go, denying all responsibility and because they told expensive extended warranty it was I clipped by human and not put back properly they won’t cover it... no one else has been under the car since I bought it but themselves 3 times, funnily enough to fix other exhaust related matters. Managed to find 1400 worth of work before even looking at the reason I took it in... hence why it’s taken all day to get an answer! All so so poor ! !, wouldn’t think it was bought from approved Jaguar with extended warranty. Had better service (actual service) from Ford and bmw in past Awaiting to see how it all ends!

A pleasure to visit today the new drive in service centre, straight in and into a warm welcome, a quick coffee in the warm while the car is checked in and taken to the service bays, while you relax in the new cafe / service area
Vehicle booked in for free health check, washed and hoovered before returning car to me, that's good service.
Five minutes in queue trying to talk to somebody. Gave up, and tried book service option only for that to go through the usual press 1 for, press 2 for Etc ..... selected service option and began to ring, told very busy then call summarily terminated. Very poor. ‘We care about your call....’ I think not.

No service at all. Been on hold 3 times for parts department. 1st time 35 mins and i ended call 2nd time 45 mins i ended call And lastly just been on hold 1 hour 45 minutes. How are you meant to get dealer only parts when the dealer doesnt pick up the phone.
I purchased a used Mercedes E220 AMG coupe from Stratstone Jaguar Houghton Le Spring, these people are absolutely superb to deal with. The car is a superb example although I had a few issues after the purchase, and the after service from the sales and service teams was brilliant and really easy to deal with especially Brian in the service department, the service team had a can do attitude and where very professional every time. I will certainly be giving Stratstone a visit next time I need a change of vehicle. I would definitely recommend to anyone you wont be disappointed
