Currently a tenant and I don't feel safe In the building and also unwanted people come in and sleep and throw rubbish and piss on the floor and fire exits being open because people cant be asked to use the main entrance and exit doors

The images are of a fence alongside the A602 in Stevenage, that is owned by Aldwyk. It is leaning dangerously and was first reported 8 months ago on 4th October and many times since including 1 month ago direct to Aldwyk's repair team. It's been pointed out that a strong gust of wind could cause the fence to fly into the road, potentially killing someone but still nothing is done. The site manager has repeatedly told us that it's been passed to maintenance but still nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The most recent response from the repairs team told us it had been \passed to a supervisor\ but still nothing - 3 weeks later. A follow up email has not been answered. I really hope they do something before the next storm and the potential damage that could bring to vehicles, property and passers by.

My daughter has been without a bathroom for 2 weeks they flooded her cupboards when she rings them all they say we don’t know when it will be done she has 3 children one is disabled can’t find a head office number she is so distraught don’t know where to turn

I've been a tenant for 10 years and have always found them helpful and courteous. Except one guy who when I said I needed a repair as I couldn't live with it like it was asked me if I wanted to give in notice!!? And the guy who put in my bathroom commented to his mate that I was a bit odd !!!

A DISGRACE ! Cleaning 1/10 Gardening 0/10 Grounds maintenance 1/10 Since submitting a formal complaint back in February ( which they acknowledged but have not investigated or got back to me!) about the poor service I’ve been receiving regarding the cleaning and gardens things have got worse! - cleaners not turning up for 6 weeks in a row and when they do come they tick off the check list with out doing 3/4 of the things on the list. ie bin areas - gardens so neglected and overgrown people can’t open their windows because it’s like an overgrown jungle and weeds everywhere. - the binshed strewn with food waste and soiled nappies so bad that it has led to a RAT infestation. All of these issues have been going on for over A YEAR! and they are well aware of what is going on but everyone just passes the buck...there is no accountability what so ever. All I have ever wanted is a basic level of service and to feel that I’m getting some value for money for the 100 I pay each month in service charges. I hate public naming and shaming but I’ve had to write this honest review as maybe they will actually listen to their tenants this way?...they don’t bother to call back or answer emails. On the plus side the people on the switch board are really helpful and polite...they get a 10/10!
