I had two return flights business class booked on Virgin Atlantic on 20th May 2020. The flight was cancelled due to virus. After many phonecalls to this company I, unfortunately SCAMMED for 700 when I phoned on the 3rd of September enquiring about my refund. I phoned using their number from their website. I was told the money had been refunded and was being put through to their financial department Sadly, I was so excited at getting my money back I gave too many bank details and someone swindled 700. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT UNLESS YOU ARE A LAWYER

PURCHASED TICKETS FOR PIA FLIGHT THROUGH THIS COMPANY AND THEY SUBSEQUENTLY USED ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED BRIGHTSUN TRAVEL LONDON TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS DIRECTLY FROM PIA.
