For my landlord business they always find the most suitable tenants and provide an efficient service from start to finish including contracts and agreements, rent collecting and dealing with any problems. They are a reliable company and I can trust them to manage my properties with very little involvement from myself. They also provide an excellent sales service. We have purchased multiple properties through them and have been pleased with the outstanding service they provide from seeking a reliable solicitor to ensuring completion is done on time. I am so pleased to have found Luisa and the team at Burnel & Co. Having been badly let down by a previous local letting agent I decided to switch. As a landlord my property was pretty much trashed and the previous agent wasn't helping me at all. Luisa helped me get the right people in and quickly to do the refurb and found me some new (good quality) tenants before the works were even finished. Very professional, responsive and great customer service. You couldn't ask for more from an agent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team for any of your property needs in the area.
