Things have changed since I was there last. I went in asking for a manicure with fake nails, pedicure and threading and was told they don't do that (fake nails) anymore. Which was fine I guess do I opted for the basic. They ladies were friendly and kind but the manicure seamed to take forever and was not even that through. It was a shame. So I did not have the pedicure in the end and my nails vanish has already started coming off. The treading was fine we'll.
I have been going to Rosie for a while now - she is lovely, always professional, always does an amazing job. Hard to find someone who does a decent job with waxing in the area but Rosie is great always accommodates to my needs and does a quick and clean job
The worst beauty salon i have ever been to! My skin is sensitive and i told them specifically. I went there for facial and threading, i asked the lady shall i get done facial before or threading before she said whatever you prefer. I said okay threading, I didn’t know that it would affect my skin after when i get facial which is shouldn’t be anyway. Firstly the lady ripped iff my skin with waxing when i told her to do threading only not waxing she says waxing would be painless, and i told her my skin is extremely sensitive. But no, she did half waxing half threading. My skin was bleeding from chin and cheeks side, i asked for ice to calm it down, she says they don’t have ice. And then started doing my facial by saying don’t worry I won’t do it harshly, very gentle. The next morning i wake up with so many acnes on my face and my skin completely burning with rash near my eyes and looked awful. I called the lady at parlour she asked for pictures, then completely denies that it’s their mistake, rather than being sorry she started being and told me she’ll contact dimple apparently the owner of this unprofessional salon, but then she never replied to me. The worst place to go.
very good experience of keratin treatment. Albena did so well with my hairs.
