Not helpful at all as the couldn't solve my phone problem due to no technical experience as thre were only 2 staff present and they were only sales staff!!
I had a sim card issue which the manager advised his staff not to assist with. I went to the other EE shop in the Hounslow Treaty Centre whom were very helpful and rectified my issue in no time at Al.
