Not getting a response after numerous phone calls and letter and emails.!!!!! Utterly frustrated with this agency that are supposedly managing a next door property

i recently dealt with sukh from elmlodge estate his great very professional and always reply to my queries. i would recommend it .
very pathetic customer service..they only deal with sham landlords, no maintenance..AVOID!
Very rude people.
Very poor Service, never react to calls/emails on issues, getting deposit back is a nightmare, strongly don't recommend.
