We chose GM Construction to build our loft extension. Initially we met with Gurjit to discuss plans and agree a payment schedule in advance of the build. Gurjit and team were responsive and available throughout the work and were able to make adjustments to the plan to meet our changing requirements. Pleased with the overall job and would happily recommend them to anyone thinking about undertaking a similar extension.

Ben, myself and the kids are amazed with the quality and effectiveness of the work carried out by Gurj and his team. We were recommended by a friend who had there loft extension, side and rear extension completed by them last year. After we attended the property for a party, our minds were made up on going with the same builders as our friend (Mary) - the transformation was brilliant. Mary had great things to say about Gurj, from being very helpful in the design stage, to the final finishing stage and always making sure she was happy before releasing any funds! That gave us some hope as one of the local mothers had a horrible time with the builder requesting payments constantly. Gurj was always on the other side of the phone when we needed any help, he made sure we were 100% happy and had visited the site on a weekly basis to then after requesting the payment. (Sorry for the 9pm messages !! Ha) They came in at the most expensive through three quotations we had been given, (just a tad over) but we still went ahead and will definitely be recommending them to any of our friends and family for the future! Thank you to GMC for the kind check up 6 months later.
Me and the family are extremely happy with the extension and refurbishment of our home, i understand why I paid a bit more than the competitors as the quality of service and work is amazing ! I would highly recommend them and saying that I have already recommended them to a family member. Super happy!!
