Harrods Heathrow Terminal 3 Airside Departures Shopping, had a nice selection of their Harrods products, and most were carry-on size. This shop has two entrances and a walk though between both stores. The gifts store and the clothing store had items that gave me a chance to buy Harrods, if I missed stopping at the London location. Nice .....

I have just been looking at some photos I took in November 2018 and I saw one that I had taken in the airport and I remembered the shop and one of the staff . i don't know why but I did really think the customer service would have been a lot better in this shop after all its a Harrods shop . me and my wife asked one of the staff about something the person did not really help they were turning there head when we were talking to them so we told them we would just keep looking witch we did till a different member of staff was passing and they did help with some information about something we were looking at .I would have given 5 stars but the first person really let the shop name down
