Lama I

Poor customer service. First they do not pick up the phone. You have to dial multiple times. Finally got someone and when they said they did not have an item, asked if it was possible to check the other store in heathrow, they refused and said they do not have any connection with the other store and I would need to call myself. Left me with a poor impression

Nice and modern, efficient security - if you have fast track. Dinged a star for already being over crowded. BA south lounge is really over crowded and hot.
