Very nice and organized place. All the H&F measures taken. Shop floors looks clean and tidy. The staff was not very friendly don't know why. I would go back there definitely

Bought a jacket yesterday only to reach home and realise that the tag was not removed. Had to go out of my way to come to the store, waste my time and money only to have it removed. Asked the man at the store what could be done for the inconvenience caused to which he said sorry and it happens sometimes. Well i understand this but not when it has happened before as well. The man only kept saying sorry. Not happy with the service provided. They should be more vigilant and check all tags are removed before letting customers go instead of being stopped at the exit and being embarrassed as though they stole something.

Good collection in middle range budget . Tried their best to reach the quality of next at a lower price . But quality is also equally important . Cost even if need to be more that should be ok . So need to work on that . Very minimal staff to make sure things are in order by morning . Coz I went in the time an hour after , when they opened but things were in chaos like all mixed up ., dresses in inappropriate hangers . So they can definitely do better .

My daughter and I wanted to go inside but the security guard said it was closed. I checked the time -it was 17.45. The shop was open until 6pm... I think it was down to us being a different race than him...

went to the store today September 30 of 2020 in Hounslow! I was looking for a jeans! but how messy everything was I late inlooking for it! A girl who was there fixing the merchandise called security to inform them how I was a suspicious person! the Moreno boy did not stop looking at me !! Then when I went to the cashier to pay for the jeans they called the person in charge there and in front of my face asked about the jeans! I think is disrespecfull!!
