Fantastic service from Hounslow Tyres this morning. - Called the week before and they ordered the exact tyres I wanted. - Were sure to double check thoroughly I had read description from tyre correctly to avoid making a mistake. Booked in for 08:30am, Was on the ramp by 08:25 and all done by 08:50! Excellent Customer service, great COVID Controls in place and for a relatively large company, a very personal. attentive and professional service - Thank you very much and I will be using you again.

Unfriendly service when entering the garage. Felt like my business was a hassle for them rather than a valued customer. Upon changing the tyres, they have scratched my newly refurbished wheels around the lock nuts. They should have used a smaller socket or one which only spins on the inside to prevent scratches. Upon stating this, they have blamed the refurb company for a poor paint job when there was not one scratch on them beforehand. Would avoid this business at all costs as they truly don't care about the customer.

Professional team, reasonable prices unlike the local competitors. They are fair and everything is on the books. I've had extremely bad experiences with the competitors trying to charge me 3times the price just because I wanted to pay by card.
