The only good thing you can say is that the sink was cold and the fries were fresh. My burger was reheated and stake. The fries were supposed to be large but look like small portions. The guy taking me order at the drive thru was unhelpful.

Never seen so caring customer service. Plenty of parking space. Drive through and Halal. Never know there is Halal KFC near Heathrow terminal 2. Highly recommended

KFC with drive-through parking. A good place for all the KFC lovers Place your order, park the car in their clean & tidy car park, turn on the music, relax & enjoy your food :) Food is delivered quickly & to be honest we never had to wait long for our turn. Friendly staff.
Worst experience ever, KFC has now lost one customer forever, the cashier made a mistake while ordering. I wanted to change the order before paying. Cashier was rude and said I have cancel all of my order and go back to the queue. KFC food is good but they need better customer service. I will never go back there again.
