Very Bad Customer Service Not welcoming at all.... Ordered fish curry rice found a big dead fly in the food.... the jug of water, the glass and the plates absolutely filthy .... please do not visit this place... very unhygienic...
Before the second Lockdown I visited Kingsway for a event, I was very impressed with the service from Gary & Taj very professional and very organised. I visited Kingsway 2 years ago and was not happy with the service from a lady manager was rude and did not come across friendly when asking for a child high chair. Food was brilliant and presented to the tables nicely, would definitely book a party for my sons 16th birthday next year with the new improvements. COVID free for sure with the track and trace and hand sanitises around the venue. :)

Shocking arrogance of the staff working here. They have no regard for customers firstly they are ready for an argument. Then when as a customer I didn't want to argue, the manager (I believe the owner) put up a nasty hand gesture thinking he won the argument just because I didn't really want to have an argument. The food is far below 1 . Avoid like a plague
