Beautiful bags very inflexible services. Worked with Monica. There were some scuff marks on the bags I bought. Returned the bag and it took them more than 4 months to finally give me a call, while I was on my first day of a two weeks vacation, with 'I can't see any defects' even after I've emailed through the pictures. After my long explanation on the phone, Monica finally could see the scuff marks and agreed to send a replacement. Told her I wasn't going to be home to receive it and asked whether she could post after two weeks. The answer was, you guessed it, no, you have to call back after two weeks to check on the stock level. Called back two weeks later, there was no stock. I said I was willing to wait until the bag is back in stock. The response was sorry you can't wait as it will pass the return window. 5 months of mucking around with nothing. What a waste of time.

My 2-year old bumped her head severely on a table in this store. The table edge juts out into the walking lane. Severe bruising to her head and she was very upset. Would not recommend this store. Very upsetting.

Every time I fly from T5 I always drop by this store. The staff are friendly, great atmosphere and good selection of items to pick from. My go to SA is Natalie A, she’s the best! It’s always nice catching up with her and having her help me with my purchases. She’s genuinely a lovely person, easy to talk to and always gives 5 star service without fail. I come from a retail back ground so can appreciate the effort. Thanks again Nat and the T5 team, see you soon!

So guys - unfortunately there is no hope for you! I am checking for a while the service in your retail shops - and the conclusion is - you don’t deserve to distribute anything more than potatoes in a country side market place! In this case, after 5 min waiting the really busy sales consultant, she told me they dont have the item I need and then left without asking me if I need maybe something else! So I stayed for a while looking around, then left and what a surprise - all staff was talking to each other at the entrance. My mistake - you don’t deserve to sell even potatoes!!!
