Well organized, very comfortable, but not very big. I have been a few times to the Lufthansa Senator Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2 and at times it feels very comfortable, but unfortunately some other times it gets really packed that it becomes unbearable. That is to be expected of course, as it's the nearest lounge after security check and all Gold Star Alliance passengers have access to it. Food offerings are usually very good and well varied with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. There is a special area with recliner chairs which is great for a quick nap, as well as excellent toilets. Wifi is free and fast too. Highly recommended.

Horrendous business class offering. Only beer or wine and cold food or sweet snacks. Not the level of service one would expect from a major airline lounge. Terrible.

During covid (16th December 2020): Was quiet and clean and was a much needed break to the hectic busy heathrow outside. Allowed us to relax and do work without worrying. Staff were attentive and welcoming as normal, so the staff were 10/10. However that being said the business lounge is a shadow of its former self. They were seriously under stocked and the selections were \spartan\. I was disappointed as I know before covid when you flew business you would get a level of service with that. But with covid, the staff are amazing but really you are paying a premium to just have a little bit of space, and i cant decide if its worth the cost to my company. Id always pay a bit more for a seperate quiet and clean place to wait for my flight but I didnt feel i would have paid this price out of my own pocket knowing what i know. Possibly after covid will go back to normal but still.

Clean tidy and spacious. Great breakfast with coffee.Design is Simple functional and staff helpful.Got busy from early to mid morning but staff kept all areas re stocked.A pleasant short stay.
