Not a luxury place, but quiet, clean, with very good food, and a very kind team of fellows

We stayed at Master Robert Hotel the night before a flight. Location is near Terminal 5 and the hotel looks really very good and very good restaurant as well. Spotlessly clean. The hotel and rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We will stay again here.
Great hotel, very friendly, great food and very comfortable beds. Rooms could do with refurbishing to make more modern. Car parking a treat right outside your room. Couldnt of booked a nicer hotel for the night. Nothing to much trouble for the staff and done everything they could to make your stay as enjoyable as they could.
Yes enjoyed our stay, helpful staff with taxi's to airport etc. Comfy beds clean comfy rooms. Reasonable prices. Would recommend, oh pub on site to.
It's pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. I've stayed here four years running as we do an annual car club meet in December at Ace Cafe then go out in the evening. It is clean but pretty basic and very outdated. The rooms have obviously not been renovated in a long time, the TV is an old CRT thing, the heater is huge, clunky and noisy, and the windows are single glazed. This is a problem as the hotel is right under the Heathrow flight path and the planes are frequent and loud only stopping between midnight and 4am. Since we've stayed a few times we take ear plugs, I strongly suggest you do the same! Most of these are minor things and since we weren't in the room very much, were tolerable. The thing I do have a problem with is charging 5 a day for car parking! There is plenty of it and the hotel is not located somewhere where people might park to go elsewhere. That said, the parking is right outside your room so is very handy and you can can claim it back if you spend more than 10 (per day) in the bar. Overall it is a reasonable hotel for the money but certainly more of a bed and breakfast than somewhere you'd want to spend much time.
I stayed here on the 18/07/2013 for 1 night with my parents it was okay not the best hotel I have stayed in, the room we stayed at was okay a little bit undated with furniture and equipment in rooms such as no air con in the room to keep you cool as it was a very hot night and was very uncomfortable to stay in but we managed it with a little fan that was already in the room but it didn't really blow out cold air into the room. The bar was very nice with a variety of drinks and the food was nice too the only thing I was very disappointed and very angry about was the next morning at breakfast time I was still eating a bit of toast and my parents had finished eating and I was the only one eating at the time and this lady came over and started to scrape the other plates we had used onto one plate while I was still eating it was very rude and my parents wanted to say something to her but they just kept quiet as they didn't want to make a scene but looking back they wished they said something to her about it as it was very rude!!! If you want something with better service and better quality rooms try the more expensive ones as you get what you pay for then.
Friendly staff. Good food. Rooms are good value & a good nights sleep
It is located under a major flight path out of Heathrow, however this wasn't a problem as the planes could not be heard from the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful however the rooms were dirty and dated. With the shower taps being stiff and old plastic.
