Very handy for picking up a quick meal / supplies when leaving the airport Hate the self scan - which seems to try and enforce you to buy a bag! (and not enough staff to serve if you don't want this option)

My favourite thing in t5! Great to find crumpets, marmalade and teacakes. If they could stock treacle and golden syrup that would be amazing. Security is a bit overbearing, but asides from that, great.

Lots of stuff. Self service tills. Very busy. Dynamic little shop tucked away in the arrivals Hall of terminal 5 Heath row. Went there to purchase a bag of chips and sticks and a packet of ginger snaps. Stupid little flimsy plastic bags for 5p. You may as well throw your money away rather than buy a bag. Think it's a disgrace they are allowed to sell it. Who keeps the money ??
