Very reliable - gave my suit in for dry cleaning hoping to get it for next day and NK cleaners didn’t let me down. Have been using their services for a few months now and every encounter has been a positive one. Would recommend!
I tried calling the number listed to enquire about the price of cleaning 2 suits. I started by asking if I was speaking to NK Cleaners to which I was greeted by a charming gentleman who simply said \Shut up\ and then hung up the phone.
I have used NK Cleaners for bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases for several months for a AirBnB property. Excellent service. A very personalised & friendly service. Communication is excellent and even our difficult deadlines are met without issue. Everything is washed, & ironed. Best of all everything is given back in packed, labelled and seaked in plastic !. Its the service you would expect for 5 star hotels at a very competitive price. Professional service beginning to end. I highly recommend them...and too be brutally honest most of my reviews are negative...so to post a positive one means something. Well done
Dropped off an expensive shirt on Saturday mid morning stating I needed it for Tuesday morning was told they were shut Sunday but I could collect it on Monday late afternoon. I went there at 5pm to be told that it was not done as they were very busy and then someone was in hospital (no proof/details, so am more likely to think it was a feeble excuse and an attempt to gain some sympathy!!!). The only option I was given was to take the shirt back no apologies/compensation or any attempt to rectify the situation. They could have called me on Monday morning explaining the situation so I could have taken my business elsewhere. It is too late to do anything at 5pm as all the other dry cleaners are shut or about to shut!!!! Flying out at 7am on Tuesday so will have to take it with me, although I wanted to wear it on the flight!!! I know its 1st world problems, but in this day of cut throat business and the smaller sole traders moaning about rent hikes/rates and \internet\ is killing our businesses...I wonder why????? I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the service from this business, I would rather use a small local family business as opposed to the bigger chains but in future I will do so and not risk a last minute let down!!!
