I ordered a jumbo platter yesterday along with 10 wings to be collected at 9:30pm. The order was ready on the promised time. However, our order was missing a large side of garlic bread which was off of the 5 large sides you get with this combo. From what we saw it seemed as though the order was switched from a large delivery bag to 3 separate paper carrier bags. We didn’t open the order outside given the current situation and hence couldn’t confirm that all items were there. If you please issue a part refund for these items or we could come collect the missing item.

Great food. Had to use app to order food, but the order was lost, which meant order took far longer than expected. Anyway great service in resolving the problem. Kind and attentive staff. Def visit again.
Venue was laid-out practically, and service was pretty quick, but staff seemed a bit under pressure from the management present on the night.. food was very good. Will visit again..
It was lovely to eat at nandos after long time. Service was excellent, staff looked after us very well. Social distancing was excellent and cleaning was on point. Well done Cheeky Nandos !!
We eat here very often. This experience was one that would put me off going to this branch again. Food was fine and wait time was a reasonable 25 minutes, however the staff were terrible. We had to ask numerous staff for sauces,water and other items missing from our order. They would completely ignore our request.Their was only 1 staff member who was amazing the rest need intense training on customer service. Never use to be like this!
