Not the same New Look it used to be when it had a larger store across the first floor in the Treaty Centre before. I still like to go there every now and then, never leave empty handed. The selection could be a lot better though, often seems like they dont have enough to browse through. Just a bit of everything; bit of denim, shoes, clothing, lingerie, bags and accessories. Staff is okay, never had a problem with anyone there.

Amazing place for cute outfits! I was served today by a really nice man, sorry I don't know his name. He was very attentive to his job and was very good at service. Definitely recommend for people looking for affordable outfits.
Found everything we needed and staff on the tills were really quick
Too many people not wearing mask and security dont challenge them I wouldnt go in there again until sorted out

Nice outfits for winter. I brought a nice ladies coat at half price. Something to look for this winter. Go for it is my suggestion.
I have not been keen on particular shop since it has moved place in the Treaty Centre. I don't know if it's all of them now but I feel like the clothes are trying to be too much like Top Shop now and I'm not a fan.
