Great experience from the 02 team in Hounslow . The lady that helped me get my new device was extremely helpful and so were the other members of the team there (can't remember names am so bad at that )!! The shop was due to close at 6 and my appointment had been delayed until then however they fitted me in And I was seen from about 5.50pm until 6.15pm They go above and beyond there and the appointment wasn't rushed at all!! Great experience would deffo recommend the Hounslow branch I went to the branch on 06/08/2020

Apparently six months lockdown have affected the minds of customer service staff members in this O2 shops. The lady was wearing face shield and no gloves or masks and refused to help me with SIM card and start in using O2 services. How long does it takes to wear gloves or wash hands after touching customer's handset? I would never go back to this store. I hope O2 should seriously consider to close all their stores and focus on the website for selling and service. No point in keeping the stores open and not provide any service to the customers. Unnecessary waste of money and resources.

Great customer service!! I went into the store recently as 02 customer service couldn't verify my account over the phone with them despite being their customer for years I wasn't best pleased about this however the customer service I recieved in store was exceptional. I was helped by a young guy named Jags I believe who helped me sort out my account straight away extremely efficient and professional. Left the store very happy. Thank you.
