Do not deal with this unprofessional company, they installed a poor quality sash PVC window which did not close correctly leaving me with a draft which defeats the purpose have having double glazing! Despite their 10 year guarantee on works and windows they have not rectified the problem or offered me a replacement window or refund . Deal with them at your own risk.
Very selfish parking from a company I didn't even hire. They had been parked over my driveway for hours, I have no idea who the work was for as I could see no one about; even knocked on a doors to find out. I called the company to have them remove the van, and here's a photo of their poor customer service. That one star was so that I could post this review!
If you are looking for windows or glass - this is without doubt THE place to use. I had a number of different things that I needed from slimline high end sliding door, to other doors and specialist windows and Oakview windows were by far the best pricing but also, compared to many other specialists we used during our build project also by far the highest service. Karolina who looks after the office is ultra organised, reliable and a pleasure and the entire team were impressive. This company really delivered high standards - quality, speed, service and price. I can’t recommend them enough.
