Too many seats for the very small venue/ hall. No direction indicator. Rest room facility is poor and none for baby buggies. No wheelchair accessible entrance, no lift. The stairs is safe to claim in Summer time. No other way to get into the hall/ venue

Let me tell you about a bad experience .... we had a party on 2nd floor tonight . And no staff to attend us.. starter food was burned , main course was completely cold, 2nd floor ladies bathroom was blocked, and also baby changing room was freezing cold. We had babies from 2 months to 2 years who needs nappy change and we could not use it. So before even think to book here think very well ..

Too many stairs to climb to actually get to the Banqueting hall. The hall was spacious but the air condition was only working on one side of the room water was dripping down the wall from one of the air con unit. Wouldn't go back ...

Brilliant, the hall was great light airy bright and we had this for my niece's 18th Birthday party. They provided all the food we wanted in a buffet style and enjoyed the time there immensely. The staff were friendly and helpful, though entrance to the place wasn't clean which put me off a little. But on the whole a good place if you want to rent it out and have a get together. Just to point out there is no or very limited parking around, so on the Saturday evening after 6:30pm the parking is free across the road at the train station.
