Had to write a review! We were overly impressed with RPS today with it being New Years Eve, we had a major issue in our rented property which we gave to RPS to manage for us. The boiler had stopped working and the tenants were without heating or hot water. Although RPS was closed for the festive break they prioritised this urgent matter and managed to get the issue sorted for my tenants in the same day. Such a breath of fresh air knowing I could count on them! Thank you for everything you have done, especially today.
