I was served by Greda at Terminal 4 and I must say she was very helpful in reserving a wallet for me to be picked up by my sister. All this was done by WhatsApp texts. I really appreciate her good service.

The blonde SA was not pleasant and had a pretentious air. She was not friendly to the Personal shopper who assisted me. She literally had to force herself to respond to the PS when greeted. I like YSL(T4) but, that young lad should receive customer service training. I don't know if I will shop there again. Not a welcoming environment to spend money.
