If I could put 0 stars, I would! Dirty smelly disgusting chicken! They need a visit from the Food health and safety department as i'm sure you will get food poisoning if you eat here! I LOVE fried chicken but it's a disgrace to fried chicken to even compare what I ordered from here! I've been to other Sam's but never ever has it been bad especially compared to this branch. All the reviews are bad which shows they don't even care and aren't even trying to sort it out. Big disappointment! I wouldn't eve let my cat eat their chicken! -10 stars

The first thing I noticed when I came into the restaurant was the limited seating - 6 chairs facing the high street. I decided to order the Blaze Burger box meal, it looked so delicious on the photo and I wanted something spicy. It looked like the perfect choice. I sat down and I realised the table was dirty, had crumbs all over. I had to wipe it with tissue. I don’t believe they clean the surface very often. The food arrived quickly. I started to tuck into the “blaze” burger, but by the 2nd bite I realised it wasn’t even spicy. Slightly cold even!! The chicken fillet was incredibly flat, some parts of the fillet had barely any meat at all (see photos). Now onto the wings, those were the highlight of the meal. A delicious flavour on the batter, although a little oily, but not too bad. Chips were fine, large portion. The coleslaw was average, it was quite watery. At 6.00 (not including a drink) I feel the price is very expensive for the low quality of food. I can’t help but feel disappointed. Overall I can only give this place 2/5
Just placed an order via just eat and the service was shocking we not only didnt receive the food, we tracked the driver and he was 40mins late and he had gone into the woods and said the food was delivered. when contacting sams they not only wouldnt send the food again they denied all responsibility and blamed just eat.
Rubbish food staff is so rude Inside store not clean Please do you not waste your money in this sam chicken because we wasted nearly 20 I we’ll give them 0 star
Don't bother ordering from them. Food all burnt. Other Sam takeaways are all ok no bad experiences only this one let's the name down. Close it or change management.
