Given the current pandemic, the staff of the Hounslow screwfix are very quick in full filling click and collect orders. They are extremely courteous and helpful even when correcting my purchase error. The staff at this branch are to be commended

Very rude behaviour. No manners everyone seems to be angry. No customer services. Need management course for manager in order to calm her anger. I understand everyone is under pressure but training of staff is vital success for any businesses. I will wish her all the best
Very poor customer services skills at Hounslow branch - In the process of renovating so collected some bits and pieces upon arrival the older lady was incredibly rude and shouted out at us as we walked in. We were unfamiliar with the shop and had never been there before. More customer soft skills training required. I was not looking to engage in further dialogue or even stoop to that level, disgustingly rude and unprofessional. However I do feel constructive criticism is required in situations like these. Please teach your staff to talk to people properly.It goes a long way. I will never be returning there again.
