Sh Security

I have recently had emergency spine surgery and I am bed bound for a month. My internet connection has gone down and I’m told up to 5 days I have to wait until it’s fixed. They don’t seem to care that I am bed bound and their take on it was just oh well it is what it is ! I’m SHOCKED AND APPALLED at the lack of empathy that has been shown. I will be definitely not renewing my contract with Sky as they are happy to take your money but are rubbish at CUSTOMER SERVICE.
