The worst experience at an opticians, in over 15 years of experience of doing business across the globe!! They have conditions attached if you have an eye test/contact lense fitting done - to buy lenses or glasses from them even after payment for the test!! I would highly recommend going elsewhere for testing, otherwise make sure you actually receive a test result/ prescription before you leave the shop. Also would recommend carrying out a price match with other opticians! The management and staff are rude and hostile and certainly do not own their responsibilities nor their faults. They have no system in place to inform customers when they can receive their orders... all a guess game and depends on your luck of each day's delivery (although an expected date is given to you, the order gets delayed and no explanations given). Things are much more professionally done in ALL other opticians I have been to! You are certainly better off elsewhere!!
A modern looking spacious shop with a wide selection of designer frames at a good price. would highly recommend them.
