A screw popped out of one of their cheap frames I purchased and could only be screwed partly back in. They wouldn't replace it and instead said I needed to buy a whole new frame even though THEIR frame was faulty. Unbelievable cheek! Not recommended.

This is the worst optician shop ever. Please do not visit this shop. Worst services ever in my life. I gave my specs to put in new glasses, I was waiting for them to call as that is what they said. I waited for 10 days but did not get any call. So I called them and inquired, they said we will call you back in 15 mins. I did not receive the call. This happened 5 times. Then I went to the shop and I was told that i will get a call in 2 days. But I did not receive the call. I dont know what have they done to my specs. Its been around a month now and have not yet received the spes. Please dont trust these guys. Looks like a fake shop.
broke a tiny nose pad and they asked for 190 new frame for it
