Cry Spidy Lose

I was really impressed at how professional and helpful the staff are at this store, they really know their trade. I was so grateful that Shaan and Joanna was able to guide and direct me in the right direction in obtaining the correct tools that I required. They confidently addressed any queries that I had and it was so patient with me. I really would have been lost without them especially as they really made me feel welcome at this store.

I am regular customer of tool station . I find all the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Whenever i go to the store they greet me with the big smile and always ask how i am doing and how they can help. If something they don't have in store they always go extra miles to help. There customer service is excellent . That is the reason i go back to buy my goods from this store.

I love this store. Today it was ruined by a person named shaan. Absolutely disgusting attitude to customer service and work. Your not doing customer a favour by fulfilling their orders. “That’s the job” So don’t be angry when there’s a large quantity.

It's a good thing that a toolstation have opened a branch in Hounslow as we don't have to go a little far to buy the things wanted. And the staff Ransley, Shaan and the manager Gabriel are always helpful and polite, if some option is not available they try to help you by suggesting in alternative. Keep up the good work guys.
