Owner is very nice. Pizza is always freshly prepared and extremely tasty. In my opinion, it's the best pizza shop in Hounslow. Prices are very good and with variety of pizza toppings, crust types, side dishes and desserts which are all excellent. Delivery has always been prompt and the pizza always arrived fresh. Never had an issue with them and I visit quite frequently (around once every week). Would definitely recommend.

Just want to thank Tops Pizza for honouring my order. I too had my order delivered late as the driver wasn't able to locate my address which frustratede because I used too pizza before and never had an issue. However the manager was absolutely amazing. He quickly rectified the situation and personally delivered my order, and brought with him a tub of ice cream to apologise for the lateness. What struck me was how humble he was and you can see he genuiuly cared about his customers. I think you should remember that take away company change drivers often and new drivers may not be clued up about location. I however feel Tops pizza is a reputable company that cares about his customer. If you see that the food is late just call the shop and tell him and he will fix it like he did with me. I had to leave this review as I was genuinely touched by his kindness and how much he genuine cared

first & last time I order from them. pizza wasn't warm enough. and the rest of the side orders were also not the greatest. my stomach was upset all night and I called in sick today. definitely not ordering from them again !

Avoid, extremely bad customer service. They sent the wrong pizza, i called them up, they said they will send a new one, however they want the other back returned. And on top won't give nothing extra. Guy on the phone needs some customer service skills course. Avoid at all cost.
