Great salesmanship, but don't be fooled by VIRGIN SERVICES, their useless mobile services keep dropping, Broadband keeps getting turned off without warning, no compensation is offered, and they still charge for a service, they can't deliver.

My husband visited this store as a Sky customer interested in Virgin’s packages, as we are looking to change internet providers. After an initial briefing of tv channel costs with and without internet, the customer assistant asked for our door number, which my husband calmly stated that he would prefer not to give to which the shop worker responded by flinging his iPad aside and remaining silent, obviously unwilling to interact any further. My husband, a little in shock, simply left the store. This incredible rudeness of staff is more frustrating when you consider that my husband was dressed in traditional Pakiatani clothes, probably leading the store worker to stereotype him and make assumptions about his intentions to seriously purchase a package at all. The lack of professionalism, and put simply, the unforgivable and unapologetic racist attitude of this worker means we are now put off from ever purchasing from Virgin. It’s shocking for this to occur in London in 2019.

Initially great service, it's only when I went in the next day to cancel they said it has been cancelled. I found out a week later from the bank that the direct debit has been set up. When I called the call centre they informed me that nothing had been cancelled.
