Poor security and post office staff who rudely turn away customers 15 minutes before closing time. Please teach them some manners rather than shouting at customers who assume the shop is open during the opening times. The times are clearly stated online and on the front of the shop, yet the goalposts seem to move based on the post office managers mood. 5 people should be able to be served in 15 minutes considering there are 3 machines and I am perfectly capable of using one.

Almost always a long wait at the post office...be warned! (& \Helpfully\ only two counters open! ) downstairs the whsmith is pretty good & you can usually get what you need..typically as you expect from this long running ..long established (1792 according to wiki) chain.

A nice and massive WHSmith in Hounslow. They have plenty of stationary items to be chosen from. The ground floor consists an array of greeting cards, diaries and lots of other stationary items. In the First floor, you will find the books section and the post office. I recommend WHSmith Hounslow. Thank you.

I used Post Office there. One big mess but staff tried to help. They must be more flexible because they lose customers.
