This company cost me 8000 for my heating system. I used this company for a home inspection on a house that I purchased and the inspector stated that my oil boiler was fine and safe to use.When I called to have a regular maintenance on the system to get prepared for the winter months the Hvac technician showed me how dry rotted the oil boiler was and said he doesn't know how a home inspector passed this and thought it was safe and told me to replace the system immediately and I got three different quotes and three different HVAC technicians cant seem to figure out how a home inspector passed this and thought it was safe I will never use this company again!!!!

Hello they were the Worst Place I would advise people do not let them in your house they broke stuff around my house they wrote up a bad report that has nothing to do With selling your house.. I called their office 3 time this week they will not answer my calls they sent me a letter saying they couldn't understand what I'm saying but they know who was calling and they knew my address but they can't understand what I'm saying.. wrote down the six Page Letter if they could change it I lost the sale of my house they said they are not changing it that's when I called them and he muscled everything he touched HE ALLSO SAID WE WERE Hiding WATER DAMAGE AND TERMITE DAMAGE IN THE BASEMENT I HAD A TERMITE AND A WATERPROOFING COMPANYS COME IN TO DO THE INSPECTIONS IT PASSED BOTH INSPECTIONS He broke my toilet 2 railings one outside and one upstairs hallway and quite a few more things they broke now they won't answer my calls or return them and they won't fix my stuff so if there's anybody out there that had the same problem as me a few people as many as we can get if you like to get in touch with me get in touch with me so we can take them to court they're the worst place I don't know how they're in business they trashed my attic broke a couple Clips off of my windows left windows open didn't lock my back door so anybody wants to help me out and was not happy them they damage your stuff get in touch with me we will take him to court thank you

Steve used his knowledge of commercial buildings to inspect a condo in Centre City for us, he was thorough, explained everything and the final report was excellent. Joanne at the office was a pleasure. Good people all round.

HouseInspect was great all the way around. They were courteous on the phone whilst scheduling the inspection, they were fast, professional and thorough during the inspection itself and then they sent us the report within 2 days of completing the inspection (it probably would have been sooner if we didn't have the Radon gas inspected). I would recommend them to anyone who is buying a home or having one inspected.
