This office is never available...phone, text or other wise. Then they cut you off like it your fault, youve been trying to reach them for weeks.

My worker Elizabeth Romo has made my experience of this government building peaceful she is a very kind lady and has been helpful and educational she knows what she is doing and how to do her job. I never have to wait very long. Having section 8 is a blessing every step of the way is a long process but it's worth it in the long run just have patience thank you Torrance housing authority for the wonderful service you offer to the community.

Man since Donald Trump got into office HUD must've told all the employees not to help in any way...no advice, nothing.... When I need help I email the worker she won't follow up its frustrating to get things done! They need to change how they deal with clients they don't give a damn! It's just a job to them! Some of the employees are mean got attitudes when you ask questions or don't give complete answers! I wish they would share the knowledge instead of leaving me hanging! For real!
